Since 2015 Pineridge Construction has been committed to integrity, honesty, transparency and good ole’ hard work. We believe that no job is too small or too big and the quality of workmanship never changes. Pineridge Construction’s founder Michael Sorric, was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. He graduated from the U of O in 2017 with a Business and Econ degree. After graduation, his focus and commitment was growing the company entirely based on customer satisfaction and referrals. Since then, we have built over 35 spec homes, custom builds and barndominiums along with developing small subdivisions. In addition, we also focus on ADU’s, remodels, shops, and fencing/retaining walls.
