Michael Sorric
Founder/Owner
Pineridge Construction’s founder Michael Sorric, was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. He graduated from the U of O in 2017 with a Business and Econ degree. After graduation, his focus and commitment was growing the company entirely based on customer satisfaction and referrals. Since then, we have built over 35 spec homes, custom builds and barndominiums along with developing small subdivisions. In addition, we also focus on ADU’s, remodels, shops, and fencing/retaining walls.
Nikolas Eastwood
Vice President of Sales
Nikolas Eastwood brings a client-first approach and a strong eye for detail to his role at Pineridge Construction. As Vice President of Sales, he works closely with homeowners to guide them through the design and planning process, ensuring each project reflects both their vision and the highest standards of quality.
He is known for his professional, straightforward approach and his ability to create a smooth, well-managed experience from consultation to completion. Nikolas takes pride in delivering tailored solutions that elevate both the appearance and functionality of every home.
Outside of work, he enjoys competitive gaming, sports, and outdoor activities, which reflect his balanced and strategic approach both on and off the job.
